As part of PrintRunner’s commitment to a greener planet, we have adopted some of the most environmentally friendly printing practices in the industry.

  • We use only vegetable-based inks! By eliminating petroleum based inks, we are reducing our environmental impact. Vegetable-based inks are made from a renewable resource and are low in volatile organic compounds (VOCs).
  • We don’t use chemicals for the development of our plates. By using a state-of-the-art direct-to-plate impositioning system, we have eliminated the chemical waste associated with traditional wet plate processing methods.
  • We recycle all of our waste paper and printing plates.
  • Our printing is done on the LS 540 Komori, one of the most efficient printing presses in the world!

We are also reducing our carbon footprint by adopting the standards set by the City of Los Angeles Green Business Program. You can now order your printing on paper that is recycled and/or FSC Certified!
