1. What do I need to get the project started?

Simply fill out the Design Request Form with as much detailed information as possible. Our designers will then review it and contact you with more questions, should they arise. Anything else that you feel may assist our designers, such as documents or images, can be sent to us as well.
2. What kind of projects can be created with Design Service?

The types of projects we can design as listed in our Design Request Form, which is available by clicking "Get Started". Some projects we can design are, business cards, brochures, postcards, logos, flyers, stickers, greeting cards, and catalogs.

3. How do I order prints?

Once we've completed your project, a customer service representative can further assist you in placing an order.
4. Do you design trademarks or logos?

Yes we do. The price for a logo design, which includes up to 3 revisions is $299.99.

Whether you need some assistance adding logos or text to existing artwork or need a simple design started from scratch we will use the elements you provide (like your text and logos) to create gorgeous artwork for your print products. Accentuating your content with our creative know-how we will help you bring your ideas to life.

What's included with my Free Design?

Included in your Free Design you will receive a professionally designed proof of your job within 3 business days of consulting with our design team. After you review your proof you will have up to three revisions thereafter. This means if there is anything in the first proof you receive that you would like to change, you will have three opportunities to make the changes to the artwork.

Free Design Terms & Conditions

Calendars: Application of provided logo and mailing information if necessary. No additional holidays other than those in our template. Limit 1 image per month and description limited to 50 words per month, after 50 words or 1 image per month, we consider it a Heavy Text/Graphic Application. Heavy Text/Graphic Application will be quoted separately.

Envelopes: Application of provided logo, mailing indicia and address information, in a design that will complement existing brand. Up to 2 images from client or from our library and limited to 50 words, after 50 words, or 2 images, we consider it a Heavy Text/Graphic Application. Heavy Text/Graphic Application will be quoted separately.

Letterhead: Application of provided logo and address or other critical contact information (i.e. board of directors etc) in a design that will complement existing brand. Up to 2 images from client or from our library and limited to 50 words, after 50 words or 2 images, we consider it a Heavy Text/Graphic Application. Heavy Text/Graphic Application will be quoted separately.

Presentation Folders: Application of provided logo and contact information, in a design that will complement existing brand. Up to 8 images from client or from our library and limited to 50 words, after 50 words or 8 images we consider it a Heavy Text/Graphic Application. Heavy Text/Graphic Application will be quoted separately.

Stickers: Application of provided logo and other critical information. Up to 2 images from client or from our library and limited to 50 words, after 50 words, or 2 images, we consider it a Heavy Text/Graphic Application. Heavy Text/Graphic Application will be quoted separately.

Logos: If you do not have a print-ready logo to use on your new artwork, we can insert a simple text logo for you in your desired font and in some cases pair the text with a graphic element from our vast image library. If you desire a detailed logo design to give your company a more professional identity, we have Logo Design packages available at an additional cost. If you have a logo and it is not print-ready, we also often recreate your logo with new artwork that will bring your logo up to printing standards.

Turnaround Times: If you are on an expedited timeline you can elect to pay a rush fee to have your first proof sent within 1 business day, instead of the standard 3 business day turnaround. Rush fees vary per project and require a quote from the Design Team.

Additional Proofs: If you have used your three revisions and have more changes to make to your artwork there may be an additional cost to make your requested changes. Since the changes required vary by project a quote will be provided based on the changes you require.
