“I was advised by a friend to use your company instead of the one i normally use. I sent the return logo and reviewed what i could and didnt ask for a copy to be sent to me. My mistake. But i probably wouldnt have seen that the lable was gonig to be that large. The other copy I have used made it fit correctly by the return lable i sent.”

“I ordered 1000 envelopes with the peel and stick with our logo. They sent us the ones with the glue after they charged us more for the peel and stick. I told them in the order instructions three times, I didn't want them if they couldn't be peel and stick. I also had two phone conversation with staff members, whom confirmed they would be peel and stick. Then they asked us to prove it to them with a photo that they were wrong. The one photo I sent was perfect quality but they wanted to waste my time with more photos and a video. (Really NO! They have wasted too much of my time) No one has time for that and they left me on hold for 15 minutes. They say they are sending me more but I will believe it when I see them arrive.”
