How long does it take to print your custom marketing materials?
Most of our print products have a standard printing time that falls anywhere between 3 to 6 business days. Depending on the product, the process can be expedited to 1 to 2 business days for an additional fee.
Do I have to pay for your PDF proof?
No, you don’t. Getting a PDF proof is free and optional. When uploading your file, you can request for a free proof simply by clicking I need a PDF proof.
How can I find out the estimated arrival date of my order?
You can check out the estimated shipping of your order through our price calculator. Once you have set the specifications of your order, just provide your zip code to get the rates and other shipping details.
Are there any guidelines that I need to follow when uploading my artwork?
Here’s a quick list of the specific requirements that you need to follow:
- Our preferred file format is PDF but we also accept other formats like JPEG, PNG, and more. For the complete list, check out our file preparation guide page.
- Maximum file size allowed is 100 MB.
- Artwork must be in CMYK and have a minimum resolution of 300 dpi and a 0.125" bleed from each side.
- Keep small text at 8 pts. and thin lines at 0.5 pt. to avoid problems during printing.

Yes, we do. To ensure that technical errors can be avoided during printing, our prepress team reviews every uploaded artwork and makes the necessary adjustments to your design.
