I need waterproof stickers. Which material is the best choice?
If you need stickers and labels for products that will be exposed frequently to water and moisture (e.g., bathroom, kitchen, and fridge), BOPP is a great option.
What is the difference between die-cut and kiss-cut stickers?
Die-cut stickers, also called singles or cut-to-size, are cut straight through the sticker and paper backing to fit the exact shape of your design. By contrast, kiss-cut stickers have their design cut but their backing remains intact.
I need a sticker size that is not included in the options. What should I do?
If you’re ordering roll, cut-to-size, or kiss-cut stickers, select “Custom Size” from the product calculator. If you’re printing sticker sheets, choose “Multiple Designs.”
Do the sticker size options only include the actual design or do they also account for the border?
The sticker size you choose also includes the border. If you want the actual stickers to be 3” x 3”, we recommend choosing a slightly bigger size like 4” x 4”.
Can I get sticker samples before I order in bulk?
If you’re not sure about which material to use for your stickers, you can request a sample kit, which includes our most popular print products and a swatch kit to help you compare the different materials, coatings, and other features.
How do I submit my sticker design?
Once you filled out the product calculator, select “Continue” to show a pop-up window that allows you to design your stickers. Next, click “Upload My Artwork.” Our design tool accepts a wide range of formats, including PDF, JPG, JPEG, PSD, PNG, TIF, TIFF, EPS, AI, Publisher, DOCX, DOC, XLS, XLSX, PPT, PPTX, TXT, and CSV.
How long does it take to get a free design proof?
Digital proofs in PDF format are ready within six to 24 hours after placing your order. You will receive an email notification once these are ready for viewing. Open your PrintRunner account and approve them so we can process your order. Should we encounter some issues that require your attention, we will contact you before creating your proof.
Will I get notification once my order has been shipped?
We will email you your order’s tracking number once it’s ready for shipping. If you choose the pickup option, we will send an email informing you that your order is ready.
When will I receive my custom stickers?
The print turnaround time depends on which format you choose (kiss-cut, roll, singles, etc.). To check the estimate shipping date, simply type your ZIP code in the “Estimate Shipping” field in the order calculator.
How long will safety stickers last?
There are multiple variables that determine the average lifespan of your stickers. These include the material, environment, and external contact. But on average, BOPP lasts one to two years.
