Choose From Two Lip Balm Label Styles: Tube and Round Tin

Tube Labels

Our Lip Balm Tube Labels are available in two standard sizes: 1.75" × 2" and 1.75" × 2.125". Both are designed to fit most standard tube containers, which typically measure 0.63"–0.67" in diameter and 2.5"–2.7" in height, providing a clean, professional wrap with ample space for your branding and product information.

If you want your label to double as a tamper-evident seal, choose the 2.125" × 2.1875" size. This label wraps around the tube and extends over the cap, creating a seal that helps reassure customers the product has not been opened before purchase.

Round Tin Labels

Use a ruler or caliper to measure the diameter of the flat area where the label will be applied; this could be the lid, bottom, or both.

Leave a 1/16"–1/8" margin around the edge to help prevent peeling and give the label a clean, professional appearance.
