Custom band stickers are essential for any startup bands who want more name recognition or well-known bands with fans eager to display their memorabilia. It’s a cheap tool for promotion and can be easily handed out as well. Give them away during gigs, or place them on guitars, drums and other instruments, or stick them on your merch packaging.

A quick way to create your own is to include your logo as the design and add your website, social media information, or future gigs.

PrintRunner offers four types of band stickers:

  • Cut-to-size stickers are cut individually and can be handed out easily. They’re printed on a sticker paper with a gloss or matte coating.
  • Roll stickers are printed on paper wound up on a roll. They’re printed on a premium sticker paper, BOPP or textured paper.
  • Sheet stickers are available in basic and custom shapes. Create the same design on one sheet or add multiple designs.
  • Kiss-cut stickers are cut through the vinyl only, leaving the backing intact for border designs. This helps protects the stickers from damage and makes peeling a lot easier.


How to Customize Your Band Stickers at PrintRunner

Step 1. Customize the Specifications. Use our website’s product calculator to select the sticker format, shape, dimensions, quantity, material, and turnaround time of your band stickers. Each sticker format may come with other customization options including rounded corners, shrink wrapping, and unwind direction.

Step 2. Create Your Design Online. In case you don’t have a print-ready artwork that you can upload on our website, you can create one using our online 3D design tool. It’s an easy-to-use and responsive tool that will allow you to customize the design of your band stickers by adding images, inserting shapes and text, changing the background color, and more. Click Design Your File Online to start customizing your sticker design.

Step 3. Save Your Design or Proceed to Order. If you are satisfied with your design, you can either save your project under your account and access it another time or proceed to checkout to place your order.


Question and Answer

What’s the difference between white paper sticker and white vinyl sticker? White paper sticker is ideal for indoor use. It can come in gloss, matte, or high-gloss UV coating. This material is not waterproof. White vinyl sticker, on the other hand, is water and UV resistant so it can be used for outdoor applications.

What’s the minimum order quantity for your custom band stickers? You can get as few as 25 pieces on our cut-to-size band stickers and 25 sheets on our sticker sheets. For our roll stickers, the minimum order quantity is 250 pieces.

Can I request for a free proof? You can request for a free PDF proof after uploading your artwork to our website. Just click I need a PDF proof to receive a proof for your review. Keep in mind that we can only proceed with the production of your band stickers after you approve the PDF proof under your PrintRunner account.

Self-adhesive sticker paper with a gloss finish. Not waterproof. Can be written on with a permanent ink marker or ballpoint pen.

White Paper Sticker - Matte

Self-adhesive sticker paper with a matte finish. Not waterproof. Can be written on with a permanent ink marker or ballpoint pen.

White Paper Sticker - High Gloss

Self-adhesive sticker paper with a mirror gloss finish that is also UV-resistant. Not waterproof. Not recommended for writing.

White Vinyl Sticker - High Gloss

Self-adhesive waterproof vinyl. UV-resistant and great for indoor/outdoor use. Not recommended for writing.

“Great customer assistance. First round of stickers were too dark and some elements disappeared but you corrected the problem and sent me a new set that was a lot better.”

“I've order from print runner a few times and plan on using the service more often. The only problem I've had was trying to connect with customer care, I had to change the mailing address and emailed. When I didn't get a response I tried to call a few times but couldn't get connected. After the order was finished and was shipped out did I get an email response. It's not the most inconvenient thing but the only problem I've encountered.”

“Had to clean a lot of these up. Box was filled with flyaway edges from the printing process. I ordered these from another company for a cent more a sticker and will be returning to them after the time/effort it took to get this product to a sellable state.”

“The PDF proof I recieved and signed off on was lighter than the stickers actually came out as. They are way too dark. I'm gonna order another set of a slightly different design. Hope these ones come out the way you say they will.”
