“My shopping experience was great! You are the only company I found that allows customers to order as few as 25 postcards. All the other companies that came up in my Google search required a minimum order of 100, so being able to order a smaller quantity was a great option for me. On top of that, you have stellar reviews, and the ordering process was easy and seamless. I definitely plan on using you for future direct mail pieces. Thanks again! Rosie”

“It is not a great experience but it was OK. I feel like I was dealing with AI, and never got feedback or questions about my order. My first order was printed on quarter page paper and it was my mistake as that was what I clicked on the order page. I feel that had it been reviewed by a human they would have questioned my order selection. So I lost $200. For my mistake. I will not be doing business with Printrunner again. The following order was correct and looks fine but the lack of any human communication is not how I want to conduct transactions like this. Others may be fine with this but since I don't do a lot of printing orders a bit of guidance would have been helpful. I will pay a few dollars more for the helpful staff elsewhere.”
