“Tried contacting customer service about issues with my order and was told I would receive a call back and I've been waiting for a week. They only want your money and apparently have zero quality control employees because I would have never sent this order out the door. Now I'm out $150 and have to buy hang tags elsewhere. I sell clothing and know so many people that do the same and I used to tell everyone to use this service but after this experience I will be warning everyone I know to definitely go elsewhere.”
