“You sent me an email saying my order was delivered. Now you are asking me if my order was delivered. Your AI equipment is apparently not working well for you. My overly exuberant acclaim for Printrunner is the same as it has been since 2001 when I started using you. Your products are the best in the business. EXCEPT for the Pilipino customer service people in Manila who cannot effectively speak the English language and try to prevent the customer from speaking with a professional company customer service representative. Get rid of the Manila office.”
