Ways to Design Your Custom Thank You Postcard


We want you to have a hassle-free printing experience, so we came up with three different ways for you to create one-of-a-kind thank you postcards.

  1. Submit your own design
    If you already have an artwork prepared, all you need to do is upload the print-ready file in any of the following formats: PDF, JPG, JPEG, PSD, PNG, TIF, TIFF, EPS, AI, Publisher, DOCX, DOC, XLS, XLSX, PPT, PPTX, TXT, or CSV. Keep the file size under 100 MB and the resolution to a minimum of 300 dpi. You may refer to our File Preparation Guide for more details.

  2. Download a blank postcard template
    If you have a design background or planning to get your postcard design commissioned, this is for you. Our template files come with trim and folding lines for accuracy and are compatible with most design software. You’ll find our print-ready blank templates in the Templates tab.

  3. Create a postcard design from scratch
    For those who have zero knowledge about external design software, don’t worry! Our built-in design tool is for you. Even design newbies will have a fun time creating unique designs since it’s filled with customization features! This also grants you access to our very own stock image library, so don’t hesitate to let your imagination run free.

Do you have postcard design templates?
We only have blank postcard templates as of now, but you may refer to these awesome thank you postcard designs from our customers for inspiration.

I still can’t think of a design. Can I just send it at a later time?
Yes. Just select “Buy Now/Upload Later”. You’ll need to create a PrintRunner account beforehand so we can save your order.

Do you offer rush shipping?
Our standard print turnaround time is three business days, but you can opt for two or next business day if you need your thank you postcards right away.

14 pt. High Gloss UV front, Glossy Back Cardstock

  • Sturdy stock with a mirror-like coating
  • High vibrant effect on the front, reflective finish at the back
  • A durable, abrasion resistant surface
  • Both sides are not writable

14 pt. High Gloss UV front, Uncoated Back

  • Withstands multiple handling, perfect for bulk orders
  • The best option for travel postcards
  • A vibrant front side for your design; excellent writability at the back

14 pt. Uncoated Cardstock
