- You can choose between first class and non-profit standard postage. If your postcards contain time-sensitive information such as promos and event announcements, go with the first option. You can review USPS’ guidelines for non-profit mail to check if you qualify for the second option.

4” x 6” is the standard postcard size. It’s small enough to keep and it qualifies as USPS first-class mail. 5” x 7” is best for postcard designs with an equal balance of images and copy. 5.5” x 8.5” easily stands out from a stack of postcards. Since there’s a lot of room for images, this size is best for extremely visual designs.

For your mailing list, please upload the file in either of these formats: XLS, XLSX, or comma-separated CSV. Please note that direct mail requires a minimum of 250 pieces per order.

Choose uncoated cardstock if you plan to write on both sides of the postcard. There’s also an uncoated back cardstock option if you’re only writing at the back.
