Understanding Banner Materials and Accessories

Standard vinyl is recommended for designs displayed under bright lights and is primarily used indoors. It comes at a more affordable cost and lasts at least three years outdoors with proper care.

Matte vinyl has a smoother finish and lasts longer on display outdoors for at least five years with proper care. It costs a little more and is recommended for banners exposed to various weather conditions.

Matte vinyl is recommended for outdoor banner displays.

No, your banner won't fade in its first few months when exposed to sunlight. However, apply proper care such as regular storage so that it lasts longer and looks fresh upon prolonged display.
Select "Grommet Only" from the Finishing options to add grommets to your banner.

Shipping Details and Queries

The number of days you wait begins after we have received approval of your print-ready files or proof and full order payment. Order must be paid, print-ready files received, and proofs approved by 5 pm PST (8 pm EST) for printing turnaround to begin the next business day. For example, if you submit and approve everything for a two-day business day turnaround by 3 pm PST and approve it by 5 pm PST on Tuesday, it will be shipped by Wednesday end of the business day. Note that the shipping time begins after the printing turnaround time or is ready to ship by timeline on the online calculator. See the timeline below for a step-by-step breakdown of the schedule:

After you have selected all the banner's features on the online calculator, several shipping fees will appear under "Estimate Shipping." We include free shipping if your order exceeds $69, but additional fees are charged for faster arrival dates.

We will guarantee the printing turnaround time for jobs with print-ready files, approved proofs, and guaranteed payment. If we fail to meet the custom printing order's delivery date, the exclusive remedy for missing it is a 20% refund for every business day of delay. We are not responsible for any shipping-related costs for an order that don't go out by the due date.
If your order is not delivered within the indicated time frame, understand that the target arrival dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Target arrival dates are calculated by adding the printing turnaround time to the shipping transit time. Note both these times are on business days only and don't include weekends or holidays. We aren't usually the ones that handle any delays by shipping carriers, illness, weather, and equipment breakdown.
