1. Roll stickers are suitable for producing a large volume of stickers. Stickers in this format can be applied using most standard label dispensers.
2. Die-cut singles are ideal if you only require a small number of die-cut stickers. These stickers are individually and precisely cut, so you can hand them to customers or insert them into packaging.
3. Sheet stickers can be sold as products or handed out as giveaways. You can use the same design or create multiple designs on one sheet. These stickers are also available in custom shapes.
4. Kiss-cut stickers have a printable backing that allows you to peel off the stickers easily. These stickers are also available in custom shapes.

Set the Dimensions

It’s best to consider your sticker’s purpose when setting its dimensions. Are you going to use it as a handout or for product packaging? What are the things that you need to incorporate in your sticker design? Identifying what your sticker is for helps you pick the right size, format, material, and quantity.

Our custom die-cut stickers are available in sizes starting from 1.5” x 2.5” up to 4.7” x 4” for rolls, 4” x 6” up to 8.5” x 11” for sheets, 2” x 2” up to 5” x 5” for kiss-cut formats, and 2” x 2” up to 17” x 17” for singles. You can also design custom sizes as needed for sheets, singles, and kiss-cut formats.

Pick Your Preferred Shape

Our die-cut stickers are available in standard shapes such as oval, circle, arch, hexagon, heart, starburst, rectangle, and square. We also offer custom shapes for when you want to print something unique. Just like with sticker size, you have to consider the purpose of your die-cut stickers to pick the right shape. Some shapes may look better, for example, on specific product packaging like bottles and boxes.

Premium Coatings

Get Crisp Edges and Flawless Results

Want to achieve a “merch-grade” finish? Follow these tips for clean edges:

1. Add a bleed of at least 0.125” to avoid white edges.
2. Make sure all important elements are inside a safe margin.
3. Use high-resolution images (at least 300 dpi) for sharp results.
4. Avoid using complex cut paths. Designs with smooth curves cut cleaner.
5. Outline your cut lines clearly when uploading your design.
