How to Create Effective Custom Juice Labels Without Breaking a Sweat
How do you ensure that your refreshments look more refreshing than the rest of the drinks in the grocery aisle? Make your juice product hard to miss with these simple design tips for eye-catching custom juice labels.
Pay attention to your juice bottle label’s readability.Attention-grabbing artwork is imperative, but it’s not the only detail that could influence a consumer into trying your product. Keep your brand and product name front and center, and pick a font color that contrasts the background. Ensure there is enough space for important information such as net weight, nutritional facts, ingredients list, and the best before date.
Choose the proper label size.Determine the dimensions of your label before you start working on a design to avoid making costly mistakes during production. If it’s too tiny, buyers won’t be able to appreciate the design and read the essential details. If it’s too big, it will fit the packaging poorly. For wraparound labels, measure the entire circumference and height of the packaging’s labeling surface. If you will stick the label on only one side of the juice bottle, measure the height and width. Adjust accordingly if there are bumps or ridges.
Use illustrations instead of photos.Although there is nothing wrong with using stock images for your label, an original graphic is more visually striking. Your juice bottles are likelier to stand out and be remembered if the label has a unique artwork—think line illustrations of fruit or abstract patterns in vibrant colors!
