Q&A

How soon can I receive my order?
This depends on your selected printing turnaround time plus shipping transit time. You can use the order calculator to check the shipping estimate of your stickers and labels. Input your ZIP code to get rates and the estimated shipping arrival dates.

What’s the difference between cut-to-size and roll stickers and labels?
Cut-to-size labels and stickers are suitable for low quantity orders and manual applications. They come pre-cut according to their exact size and shape. This format comes in two (2) materials: white premium sticker paper and white vinyl.

Roll stickers and labels are great for bulk printing. Unlike the cut-to-size format, roll stickers are printed and spun around a cardboard spool which makes it easier to apply by hand or with a label dispenser. This format comes in four (4) materials: white premium sticker paper, biaxially-oriented polypropylene (BOPP), white vinyl, and Estate adhesive paper.

What’s the most popular sticker and label material?
If you need something suitable for indoor use, we recommend white sticker paper. These are not waterproof, but you can add protective gloss or matte laminate for extra protection.

For outdoor use, white vinyl is the best option. It comes with a high-gloss, UV-resistant coating that protects your stickers and labels from external elements.

If you need something oil- and water-resistant, BOPP is similar to plastic film and safe to use for products that need to be stored in a refrigerator.

Can I order sample labels and stickers?
If you’re not sure what product to order, you can request a free sample kit that includes our popular print product samples including stickers and labels. This helps you compare our variety of paper stocks, coatings, and features.

Do you offer sticker and label templates?
Yes, we offer free blank guideline templates you can download use with your preferred design software like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Microsoft Publisher. You can find them below the order calculator in the Templates tab.
